Chinese Medicine is a highly-sophisticated, holistic approach to healthcare which acknowledges the deeply interwoven nature of the mind, body and spirit, the unique ecosystem of each person and the importance of addressing both symptoms and any underlying cause.

I am passionate about tailoring your experience specifically to you, so that we can help you feel better day to day, but also have a lasting effect, especially if your health condition is chronic.

In your first consultation, we will dive deep into your health history, your current symptoms and your health goals, to work out how to create a tailored treatment plan just for you. To establish the complete picture of your health, I will ask you about all different aspects of your health (energy, sleep, digestion, menstruation, etc.) and use the Chinese Medicine diagnostic tools of pulse-taking and tongue observation to further understand the health and function of your internal organs and Qi (“chee”).

I offer acupuncture/ancillary techniques in each treatment (where applicable), diet and lifestyle advice and, if indicated, I may prescribe herbs.

I love supporting people with a variety of health conditions!
